Blanch Leaves in boiling water for 3 minutes.Dry them Mix all ingredients,except lemon juice .Shape by putting the leaf smooth side down on the board put 1 teaspoonfull of mixture in the leaf.Fold stem end and sides over stuffing and roll up. Place in rows in a pot and place a plate on top to keep vine rolls together.Pour water until all vines are covered Add lemon juice .Slow cook until all water is absorbed About 1 hour Serve cold

2 Large Onions Finely Chopped
3/4 Cup Greek Olive Oi
1 Cup white Rice 2
Teaspoons Chopped Dill
2 Teaspoons Chopped Mint
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Cups Water
Salt and Pepper to Taste
