1 Cup
Water
4 Cups Milk
2 Teaspoons Cornflour
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
1/2 Cup White Rice
2 Egg Yolks
3 Tablespoons Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Ground Cinnamon
Cook
rice in water,until all water is absorbed.Add Milk salt and bring to boil stirring
occasionally.Cook over low heat until rice is tender.Mix cornflour in little
cold milk and stir into rice until mixture thickens.. In a bowl beat the egg
yolks with the sugar and pour into rice stirring for a few seconds.Add vanilla
pour into small bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve Hot or Cold
