400gr Canned Chickpea
2 Crushed Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup Greek Olive Oil
3 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Tahini
Salt to taste

Puree the contents of the can of the chikpeas in a liquidiser add the garlic and Tahini.Add the Olive Oil a little at the time.Add lemon juice and salt.Place in bowl.Serve with Pita Bread.
